Well, if your looking for the best way to apologize, then here are a few tips I've learned and common sense:

  • People hate it when you direct an apology in a way that tells them that they're still in the wrong, like adding 'but' in the apology - 'I'm sorry, but you deserved it.'
  • When you want an apology, you prefer it to be sincere, and not filled with attitide, like 'Well, SAR-REE!!'
  • Apologies made on the internet or in a letter are'nt as good compared to a face-to-face one
  • 'I was just joking' Is'nt REALLY an apology
  • Don't repeat the previous scene when you apologize, even if you feel like your in the right
Well, I hope this helps. Good luck to you!
