What is a Group?
A group allows you to bring together like-minded people around a particular subject, theme, event or anything else you find worthy to discuss or publish. With a group you can invite friends, upload pictures, post video, poll, add links, or start discussions. You are free to organize around entertainment & arts, organizations, common interest, politics, business, student groups, beliefs or causes. You are not allowed to attack specific people or groups of people. Please note: groups that attack specific people or groups of people will immediately be taken down. C’mon bring some folk together and Sound Off!

What is a Blog?
What you need it to be… a platform to get a message across, a personal diary, a free write, or even soapbox. With a blog you are free to express your self. Anyone visiting this site can read your blog.
Creating a Blog: Go to the Blogs tab on the top of the main page, scroll to “add a blog post.” From there you can add a title to the blog you would like to write about. Next go to body and add your content. You can then pick a channel you would like your blog to fall under. You can then preview your blog before you submit it. Once you submit it becomes open for others to comment on.
Posting Videos: Only registered members can post videos. Once you are a member go to the video tab on the top, scroll down and select “add video.” You can add any video that is on Blip.tv or YouTube. If you produce video, you must first upload your video to one of those providers. We recommend Blip.tv because it has higher quality and lets you choose your own licensing.
Posting Photos: Only registered members can post photos. To post a photo go to the “photo” tab on the top of the page, scroll down and select “add photo.” To add a photo you need to have it saved in a folder. Once your photo is saved in a folder, browse folders, select the appropriate file (photo) and then “upload.”
Uploading Music: Only members can post music (.mp3). To upload audio to the audio tab on the top of the page, scroll down to “add audio.” To upload audio your file must be in .mp3 format and have a size of 10 MB or less. Once you have met these requirements, browse your folders and select the appropriate file.
Submitting an Event: Only registered members can post events. To submit an event, select the “events” tab at the top of the page. Select “add an event.” On the submit an event page you must include the event title and a start date and time.
SAFETY
Don’t give out personal information- Don’t share your entire name, address, phone number, or other information with people you don’t know in a public forum, or via email.
Don’t open junk mail, or spam-If you don’t know the sender don’t open the message.
Create a strong password- Use a combination of UPPER CASE and lower case letters, use numbers and letters.
Only download files from trusted sources- Never download a file sent by someone you don’t know. Keep antivirus and firewall software up to date
