Please carefully review the guidelines before entering the Sound Off for Action competition.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:

1. LOG ON or CREATE your PSO account.

2. POST your blog post, video or song on PSO. Once you are logged on the site, click on "Add a Blogs/Videos/Music" and follow the instructions.

3. SUBMIT your multimedia creation by clicking on the respective button below. You will see a list of the content you have posted on pugetsoundoff.org

NOTE ON VIDEOS: First upload your videos to Youtube or Blip.tv then go to Add a Video (you must be logged on).

Your entry must be submitted no later than 6 p.m. PST on December 1, 2008.

Only one enter per category per user will be accepted.

This competition is for young people of high school age.

Any submission that does not follow the guidelines will be automatically disqualified.
