                 Lose Lockers

I’m here to tell you about some schools that need to change their locker that doesn’t have enough money for changing it. Some schools need to change their lockers because the lockers are easy to open; you just need to bang it a lot of times then push it up you can open it! That’s the reason a lot of students is losing their things in their lockers. In our school sometimes when it’s almost the end of the school year theirs some lockers that is being opened because even though the owner told the principal or teachers, they cant do anything about it because it’s the last day of  school how can they investigate about it.

Some students need to bring their phone for emergencies but teachers are telling us that we can’t bring our phone in classes if were going to put it in our locker someone might get it. Teachers can hold them for us but they can’t do it everyday. I know someone in our school that their lockers are being jammed. Theirs this one girl in my school that’s her locker is being jammed but they didn’t take anything in her locker, al her things are scattered all over the place. They didn’t take anything in her locker, she’s so angry because her medicines that she needs are all over the place. She told us that her mom is going to get mad at her.

So, help those schools that really, really need to change their lockers. You can help the schools and even the students too.

yeah, like everytime i put stuff in my locker i have to go through the day thinking that someone might break into it and take them. and plus, the school isnt even taking responsibility for the lost items anymore D:

Most lockers with combinations have a hole right above the grip on the opening latch, this can serve as a place to put a combination lock you could buy from a hardware store. As far as cellphones go, you can put them on vibrate, and tell people to only call you during school hours if it's an emergency. I think you can even program some of these new phones to only accept certain calls, that way, only you're parents can call you.

i know but some students cant afford or doesnt have time to buy locks for their lockers. but not all students have those new phones that can do that. and if they program their phone to just recieve a calls from their parents what if their parents phone is out of battery ofcourse they're going to use others phone.. right??

It is true that teachers tell students not to bring phones or iPods to class. It is also true that the lockers are not secure due to the fact that they are old and worn over the 30 years or so that they have been in service. A solution might be to leave all valuables at home, but parents like to have the peace of mind knowing their child has a phone in case of emergency. It is also nice to have something to keep you occupied on the bus in the morning or on the way home from school - an iPod can be a great little companion at times. All of these things come together to make this issue a little more complicated to solve. Do you have any other suggestions to consider?

we should have like a little fond raising so that we can change our lockers.. or the school can gave the students a locks for their lockers if they dont want us to bring our phone inside the classroom...

How can we help?

Teachers won’t let students keep their phone on them? That seems odd to me.

i know and teachers doesnt even take responsibility about that..you can help us by helping us to have a fond raising or help our school to change our lockers or gave us a locks for our lockers because some of the lockers have a hole, but some studentscant afford to buy a lock...
